We are always striving to improve our after hours parts and service for all of our customers.  In the past we have either relied on our customers either knowing our after hours phone number or on them knowing whom to call.  With the recent addition of the Alltel tower in town we are implementing a new procedure that we feel will be of benefit to not only our customers but also to our employees.
 
Starting April first, 2003 Thomas Implement employees will all have cell phones that they will carry.  If you have an Alltel cell phone and know which individual you would like to talk to please call his or her number.  Those are M2M minutes and do not count towards our allotted minutes.  After hours will be handled on a voluntary basis.  We are asking all employees to keep their phones on in order to take after hours calls.  We are going to compensate those employees on a per sales basis.
 
If you need parts or service after hours please call these numbers.  All after hour sales will have a $15.00 fee added to the ticket.  If you have made prior arrangements that call will be credited to that ticket and there will be no charge to you.  Most of our customers have already made those arrangements.  We want to help take care of your after hours needs so please use this manner of after hours contact whenever the need arises.
